2. Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 15:00 IST ship the same business day (Mon-Fri). Orders after cut-off ship next business day. Pre-orders ship on release date.
3. Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also find it in “My Orders.”
4. Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for local duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
5. Delivery Issues
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, notify us within 5 days. For packages lost in transit we will reship or refund.
6. Undeliverable Packages
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed status can be reshipped; new shipping charges apply.
