1. Order Cancellations
- Print books: Cancel within 12 hours of purchase or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- E-books / PDFs: Sales are final once download links are issued.
2. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Return Procedure
- Email support@tottbooks.com with order number and photos.
- Receive Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
- Ship the item back using a trackable service (we cover cost if fault is ours).
4. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, clearance titles, personalised or signed copies, and digital downloads.
